1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using Kete CRM, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What Kete CRM is

Kete CRM is a customer relationship management and invoicing tool for small businesses, provided by Hubnexa.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Pricing

Kete CRM is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we'll give existing users advance notice before any charges apply.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal
• Attempt to access another workspace's data without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to disrupt the service

6. Your data

The business data you enter — contacts, deals, invoices, and everything else — belongs to you. We don't sell it or use it for purposes beyond providing the service.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running reliably, but as an early-stage product, we don't currently guarantee a specific uptime commitment.

8. Termination

You can stop using Kete CRM at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimer

Kete CRM is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hubnexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top when we do.
