Yes — the current plan is free with no credit card required. Paid plans with additional features like direct accounting sync are coming, and existing free features won't be taken away.

Direct Xero sync is in progress and not live yet. Invoicing and bills already work fully inside Kete CRM with GST built in — the sync will let that data flow to Xero automatically once it ships.

Each workspace's data is isolated at the database level, so no other business can see your contacts, deals, or invoices. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

Yes. From Settings, you can copy an invite link and send it to anyone you want to join your workspace.

It's built first for NZ, with GST handling and NZD as the default currency. Nothing stops you using it elsewhere, but NZ-specific features are the current focus.
